Not a unique set up, but definitely put a lot of character into the narrator. I especially liked the turn of phrase "heaves of forgiveness".

Happy New Year Jennifer! I really enjoyed the cap. Sure it wasn't some ground breaking new story or method of transformation, but you brought your ability to firmly set us in this heroine's head spaces making sure we all experienced her continued punishment. Lovely!
